International shipping -
â—†We do deliver in most countries outside India that are serviced by our shipping partners. In case of any duties/levies by incoming customs, customers are required to bear the same. We are not liable to pay these charges.

Return &Exchange
â—†Once purchased product will not be refunded but can be replaced with another product.
â—†Replacement of our product will only happen in the following circumstances - 1. In-case of product defect & 2. In-case of exchange of size.
â—†if the product gets damaged during shipping, we will replace the same product. It is subject to the recipient sending us the photo within 12 hours of delivery. We will verify the damages and confirm the exchange. If we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup, we request our patrons to send us back the damaged product within 7 days through a normal courier. We will reimbursement the shipping charge upto INR 100. Please note: Products sent back without a consent from Team Rajeshahee will not be considered for replacement.
â—†If the issue is around size exchange, it is essential that the product is maintained in its originality along with product packaging and invoiced. Upon fulfilment of the required checks, the product would be exchanged in the required size, as requested. Customers should contact us in this regard within 12 hours.
We are not responsible if the customer has specified the wrong size while placing the order.
â—†Please ensure that original product packaging is maintained. Shipping charges to return the product is at the expense of the buyer. Once the product is received it would take 2-20 days for the required to resend your order. In case there is an additional time required, we will notify you beforehand.

â—†At the moment, we have a facility to pick up the damaged product from your doorstep only from a limited set of pincodes even if the exchange is approved. You will need to ship the product back to us with appropriate packing and through normal courier service. Shipping cost incurred by you (max INR 100) will be reimbursed to you.
â—†Custom made products will not qualify for returns, refunds or exchanges. We also do not accept products that have been used or damaged by customer.
